Dispatch of Goods
The goods will be dispatched within 2-3 working day provided the payment has been cleared. Paypal Payment are generally processed immediately. Credit Card & Debit Card payments made through CardSave can take upto 48 hours.
We inspect each of our products before dispatching it to our customers. However, some products can get damaged during transportation and delivery. Therefore we aim to make our return's policy straightforward. You can return the purchased item(s) to us within 7 days of your purchase for any reason if you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. (i) if the item you have ordered is faulty/damaged (ii) defective or you change your mind. (iii) The courier cost is non-refundable & (iv) the return courier has to be paid by the buyer.
Faulty & Damaged Items:
We are sorry if you have received a faulty or damaged item. If this is a case then please call us on +44-1296-296-161 or email: [email protected] and we will get the issues sorted out. The cost in this case would be borne by us. We would dispatch the replacement item as soon as we get the damaged one. The Replacement(s) is dispatched the same day when we get the faulty/damaged item. Incase, if the said item is out of stock then we will inform you about it and will dispatch it as soon as it’s back in stock.
There is no need to worry if you change your mind after your purchase. You can call us on +44-1296-296-161 or email: [email protected] and we will advice you about the returns. The returns would be charged at GBP 15 per box irrespective of the weight. If the item comes back to us damaged, then we will not be able to refund the principal amount or we would refund a partial amount depending upon the resale value of the product.
The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances
(i) In the event that the product has been used - unless the product is faulty.
(ii) In the event that the product has been assembled - unless the product is faulty.
(iii) To any products that we have made or customized specifically for you
(iv) If the items are tailored made or order specifically for you from some other Vendor.
Duties and Taxes:
Golden Heritage cannot be held liable for any Customer Duty and Taxes (If Applicable). Generally on small orders there is no duty. Duites are generally applicable on bulk quanities and specific limits. We request our customers to please check their Local country Custom Norms. For customers from UK and Europe (Including Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Iceland, Finland and Sweden) there would be no Customs and addtional VAT. All our goods are disaptched from the UK and therefore the Customs, VAT and Duties are paid off.
